sponsorship requests we receive each year, we have
developed the following online form to improve the
efficiency of our analyses. You have a maximum of 3 hours
to complete the form.
Before you start filling out
the form, we would ask that you please read the
instructions carefully to determine whether your request
fits within the scope of our sponsorship
approach.
BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR
PROPOSAL

Each sponsorship proposal is evaluated against
detailed eligibility criteria, such
as:
• How will it enable BDC to
highlight its purpose, products and/or services? To learn

• How will it help drive
tangible business results for BDC?
• How will it contribute to
creating an exceptional client experience for BDC's
clients?
• How will it help promote
BDC's brand at the local, regional and/or national
level?

than 8 weeks before the start of the
project

Notes:
• BDC receives a large
number of sponsorship requests and cannot respond
favourably to all of them, even if they meet our
eligibility criteria.
• Applicants can usually
expect to receive an answer within 4 to 6
weeks.
• For sponsorships of events
that will take place in the following fiscal year
(starting April 1st), there may be a longer delay in
receiving a reply, as we will need more time to properly
assess our priorities.
